Where is Camp re:Connect 2025?

Camp Wenonah, located at 1324 Bird Lake Road in Bracebridge, Ontario.

When is Camp re:Connect 2025?

Monday, September 22th to Wednesday, September 24th.

Is this just a conference?

No, there will be fun camp activities as well!

Who is this conference for?

Anyone involved in the marketing industry interested in meeting other like-minded individuals and discussing current industry-related events and issues affecting them and their clients.

What is included in the ticket price?

Accommodations for two nights, all meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) as well as access to all sessions, workshops, happy hours and camp activities.

Will transportation be provided?

A transportation option will be available for an additional fee when purchasing your ticket. If you choose the transportation option, a bus will pick you up in Toronto and bring you to Camp Wenonah on September 22nd and bring you back to Toronto on September 24th.

Will I have time to connect with my clients?

Yes, we have built “client connect hours” into the schedule. There will also be a designated Camp office space that you can use should you need to do any work or take any calls. The Meeting Lounge will have adequate power as well as wifi capabilities.

What makes Camp re:Connect different?

Camp re:Connect is a two-night, three-day retreat designed for marketing and agency professionals. This isn’t just another event. It’s a no-pressure, immersive experience focused on honest conversations, collaborative learning and building meaningful relationships. It’s a chance to step outside the hustle, reconnect with your purpose and walk away energized.

Food/Drink 
What will the food situation be like?

All meals will be provided and served buffet style. Please note that we take all dietary restrictions seriously and a separate area for specialty food will be provided.

Is Camp Wenonah a nut-free facility?

Yes, there are staff members with anaphylactic allergies and student campers who come up frequently in Spring, Summer and Fall. We need to ensure that it always remains a safe environment for them. Please keep this in mind if you plan on bringing any personal snacks

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please enter any dietary restrictions during the registration process. If you need additional accommodations, please reach out to hello@campreconnect.ca.

What will the alcohol situation be like?

We will host daily happy hours where drinks will be provided, but otherwise please BYOB. If you will be drinking outside of the main lodge, your beverage needs to be in a stainless steel or plastic cup, so we highly encourage bringing a travel mug. Please drink responsibly.

Site Facilities
What kind of camp activities will there be?

Camp activities will include archery, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, arts & crafts, mini putt, tennis and more!

Will there be power/electricity?

Yes, there are outlets in all of the cabins as well as in the lodge and main lounge areas. There will also be adequate power and wifi available in our Meeting Lounge to support any work or client calls you need to take.

Will we be sleeping in tents or cabins?

Everyone will be staying in cabins and sleeping on beds. Please note that bottom sheets will be provided but all additional bedding will be your responsibility.

Will there be wifi access?

There will be wifi access but not throughout the entire property. Wifi will always be available in the Camp office for any urgent needs, as well as in any common buildings.

Is smoking allowed on-site?

Yes, but only within designated smoking areas. 

What kind of bedding do I need to bring?

A bottom sheet will be provided. All additional bedding is your responsibility to bring, so please ensure you bring whatever bedding you need to be comfortable. PACKING LIST

What will the bathroom situation be like?

There are public male-identifying and female-identifying bathroom and shower areas, as well as gender neutral private bathrooms around camp.

Is there medical or first aid on-site?

Yes, there is a fully stocked, modern health centre facility. Camp Wenonah staff are also first aid and CPR-trained. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you safe!

Will it be cold?

The nights will be cooler so please ensure that you have a variety of clothing to keep yourself comfortable. We love a toque!
