No, we won’t be sleeping in tents and yes, there are bathrooms throughout the site!

Sleeping Arrangements

The entire site houses traditional wooden cabins with bunk beds. With safety always top of mind, each cabin is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, indoor/outdoor lighting and electrical outlets. Mattresses and top sheets will be provided but attendees will be responsible for providing their own pillows, blankets and any other items required to sleep comfortably. Cabins will house no more than six people.

Bathroom Facilities

All cabins are a short walk from either a central male or female washroom and shower house. All gender washrooms are also available. Washroom facilities feature flush toilets, private showers and multiple sinks with fresh running water.

Food Options

Attendees will be provided with three delicious hot meals per day (plus a late night snack), and we’re not talking just hot sandwiches and soup. We’ve had fresh poke bowls to a full rack of ribs with mac ‘n cheese on the side. A cereal or salad bar is available at every meal. Fruit, snacks, water, coffee and tea will be available throughout the day. Happy hour beverages (alcoholic and non-alc) will also be available.

Dietary restrictions will also be accommodated and are taken very seriously.

We would also like to remind everyone that we will be in a completely nut-free facility.
